It is often said, kids are the church of tomorrow. While that’s certainly true, here at Hartzell, we believe kids are also a vital part of the church of today. It’s for this reason that we like kids to be involved in our worship experience each week. Every Sunday, your kids will begin in worship with our adults. This teaches kids that they are a vital part of the congregation and helps to prepare them for when they will be in worship later in life. After a Kids’ Moment, kids will move to age appropriate classes, where they will learn about Jesus in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way. A typical kids’ experience consists of a Bible story, activities and crafts, games, songs, and prayer. Classes are divided into Preschool (ages 3-4), Grades K-6, and Grades 7-12. Nursery is provided for kids from birth through age 2.
